Lee Mental Health is governed by a group of volunteers who follow agency by-laws.   The Board of Directors meets ten times a year as a whole and regularly in various committees.  The committee structure includes Executive, Finance, Advocacy, and Program.

Myers. Lee Mental Health is a private, non-profit 501(c) charity.
